Bread can be sliced very thin and will last 7-10 days refrigerated or up to 12 months frozen.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or brush with oil. Add ⅔ C. egg whites (approx. 4 large), ⅔ C. water, 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar, 2 TBSP olive oil & 1 TBSP maple syrup or honey (optional) to bread mix and stir slowly, then briskly as the batter thickens. Once combined, continue to mix for 1 minute. The dough will stiffen and become a bit tacky. Shape the dough into a round loaf, divide the dough in half for 2 baguettes, or divide into 12 dinner rolls. Bake on the center rack of oven 45 min. for round loaf, 40 min. for baguettes & 30 min. for rolls.
