Looking for an easy way to make delicious egg-free bread? Try our own small-batch-made Organic Gluten-Free Bread& Roll Mix. Just one mix makes about 10 soft and fluffy rolls or one loaf. Enjoy homemade bread without the hassle.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F°. Combine ¾ C. plus 1 TBSP warm coconut milk, 2 TBSP avocado oil, 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 TBSP Applesauce & 1 TSP molasses. Add Bread Mix and mix until well combined. Spread into a parchment-lined bread pan or drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. smooth the top with a wet spoon, and use a serrated knife to slash the dough across the top a few times. Bake bread for 50-55 min. and rolls for 25 min.
Bread Mix Ingredients: Sorghum Flour*, Tapioca Starch*, Almond Flour*, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Xanthan Gum
